Receipt date in Purchase Order Header

Posted on by 8
Hi all,

Does anyone know anything about if Microsoft has removed the receipt date from the purchase order header? I can only see it now on the lines from the latest update. If this is the case, do you know if they are going to add it again or if this is some bug or something?

    Hi,

As Yi said, fields related to receipt date are still available on the header and lines, but there isn't any field that has the exact name ''Receipt date''

You can check all fields related to the shown page on the Page Inspection (CTRL+ALT+F1) or Help -> Help & Support -> Inspect pages and data

Also, on this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/whatsnew/whatsnew-update-24-4 you can find more information about hotfixes related to v.24.4.

    More about planned features below

NOTE: It is better to use receipt dates from the Purchase Line table since you can have different dates on more lines. In the header, you will have only one receipt date, but if you have partial shipping then you should use data from the lines, but in the end, it depends on your agreed business processes.

    Greetings

    Hello,

I can still see it on Version: W1 24.4.

It could have been personalized and moved to another area.
You can use 'Clear personalization' and see if it appears back on its original placement under 'Invoice Details'.
