Auto Populate Send Email Options

Hi,

We are using SmartConnect to import new customers into GP 2015 R2. We are also using word templates to email invoices and other documents. Is there a way to auto populate or import the values into the "Customer E-mail Options" window (Customer Maintenance Window--> Email button) using SmartConnect? We want to populate these values automatically as the new users are being imported rather than needing to make manual updates after.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

    import  customer email options details in sql and then use sql trigger on insert of RM00101 to populate data for email options fields.
