I got the following problem:

We need to use a Workflow for Purchase order approval and also Direct delivery for Sales Orders
“The PO Workflow requires enabled change management in the procurement and sourcing parameters but if it’s enabled, it shows me always this error message when I want to generate direct delivery for the Sales order”

My question is now: How can I use the PO workflow (with enabled change management) and also the Direct delivery for Sales orders without any error messages? How is it possible to generate direct delivery with using the workflow at the same time?

Hi Franz95,

Change management/workflow can't be used for Direct delivery and IC orders. The link with the lines and quantities needs to be intact without someone able to reject a workflow.
