Hi, we have two date fields in our Contact forms: Created On and Custom Created Date. The Custom field has the date the Contact was created on in our custom application before we had CRM. We imported many Contacts in a single day when we switched over to CRM, and this messes up reports that use the Created On field.
Is there a way to copy the Custom Created Date field info to the Created On field? I've tried workflows, but the field is grayed-out and completely locked (even when unlocking on the forms). I also tried using the import wizard and manually changing the Created On info, but no luck there either.
I am using CRM online, so I don't have access to the database.
