Requirement of System Administrator security role for permission

Hi,

I have following concerns.

1.I need System Administrator Security role for seeking permission as I am unable to see any permission in my profile.

2.I am unable to view any "Option" in the Settings tab as mentioned in the document you provided.

3.I am unable to find any Settings > Security > Users path in my account 

Please let me know how can I get the same mentioned above as I need to manually create application user.

    I am afraid you can't be done without admin.

    Hi Priyanka,

    Just try the following work around.

    Open setting->Security->User-> then it will open Enabled User View.

    Click on your user and "Promote to Admin" .

    If this is not working , Then ask your system admin to give to appropriate permission.

    Hi Mahender,

    We are currently using company's environment on trail version, for some security reason Admin is not providing security role. So is there any other workaround for it ??

    Hello Priyanka,

    As saild earlier you only an Admin user can give you this role, so please check who have provide you access in this environment to give you admin rights. Can you share details about this environment ? Is this a client environment or your company environment, who has provided you access to this system?

    Thanks for your reply. 

    Please can you let me know how will I get the role mentioned in my question as I am really stuck and I am unable to proceed further because of the same.

    Can you please help me in figuring out this issue? Or can you help me in getting the access?

    Seems like you are not a member of any System Administrator Security Role.

    I would contact whoever set up Dynamics 365 for your organization, and have them give you the System Administrator security role.

    Hi,

    This is sure that you don't have required security role, so either you need to use a admin user to login to CRM to add users or you need to ask to your IT team about who is admin user and ask him to provide you admin security role as well. Normally the use who initially setup will be having admin roles, so check with IT team who configured CRM initially.

    Hi Priyanka,

    Seems you are not having proper Security Role in CRM. Hence, you are not able to access above-mentioned options. Ask your CRM Administrator to provide you appropriate roles first in order to perform any further action.
