Hi Guys,

https://community.dynamics.com/365/financeandoperations/b/nareshsdynamicsaxblog/posts/create-custom-workflow-in-d365-dynamics-365

I am following above link for creating custom workflow.

In this link ,In 7th step they were enabling the workflow type in the form, But in my form i can't able to see the workkflow type i have created , In my "workflow type" property in form design is empty.

What mistake would I have done .

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Can you double check whether you have created workflow type ??

    Hi Jenifer,

Can you please explain the exact reason for workflow development? Did you explore the option of power automate based on business events?

    Hi Jenifer,

Are you trying to apply workflow on an existing or a custom form? Are the form and the workflow type in the same model?

In some cases, the lookup is not working, but you might also try to type the value manually.

    Hi Jenifer,

Please write the workflow type name in it and complete the the remaining steps.

You will face this again when you will try to add workflow approval element to the supported element under the workflow type.

    Hi Jenifer,

Have you set up a workflow in your module and activated it?

Then you can check if your enumeration value is available normally and you can debug your code.

You just said it doesn't display, did you get any errors?

Yeah i didn't activate the workflow in my module,How to activate it?

    Hi Jenifer,

Enter the module you bound, create a new workflow, select your custom workflow type, then enter the account verification and design the workflow, and it will remind you that you need to activate it after saving
