I have the following requirements from a client, any ideas would be appreciated
Contacts need to adopt different ‘personas’ in different contexts. For example:
- John Smith might be an introducer for Appointment 1, whilst being an end client for Appointment 2
- Our contact John Smith may have different contact details by persona, such as email address
- John Smith may associate with Organisation A for Appointment 1 whilst associating with Organisation B for Appointment 2
- Contacts also move amongst organisations
- Personas must be variable for a given contact in different circumstances
- view relationships between records in a single graphical view, for example how contacts relate to each other
