    Hi Bitia,

Probably because English is not my native language, I don't know what you mean with the shortcut PPV. I think it could be related to price variance. Can you explain what you expect on such report in detail?

    hi Andre

this PPV report shows items purchased in current month in stock  and  date of PO from previous and current PO Std cost  change cost so we can see where the var is coming for that items

than that items can be analyzed and decided we need to change the std cost for that item or not

    Items----Qty-------Date-----Previous PO----Previous Cost ------- Current PO ------ Current Cost ------ Variance

var between previous cost and current cost and by each items and transaction date

is there any report like this in AX 2009

or any one has created it

    Hi Bitia,

I have not seen such a report. The implementations where standard cost was used could have sometimes a revaluation, but there were no requirements to report with variances based on POs. Usually a cost adjustment was only implemented when there was a significant change in purchase price.

Bitia, please don't begin title of each thread with "AX 2009". You've already selected it your version as a tag, so it's not needed to duplicate it in the title. Just make sure that your title is descriptive and reasonably short (take a look at how I've changed titles of your previous threads). Thanks!

    Hi Bitia,

I think you are talking about the Purchase Price Variance (PPV).

I think the Variance analysis statement report should be able to help you.

    Navigation option :

Inventory and warehouse management > Reports > Analysis > Variance analysis statement.

    Thanks ~ Nidhi :)
