Export to Excel button does not work without clicking on the arrow

Hi, my customer is asking me why the "Export to Excel" button does not work without clicking on the arrow next to the button.

Normally (for example in our CRM â€“ on premise version 9.0) when you click on that button all the records are being exported. While now when you click on that button nothing happens as long as you do not click on the arrow and select Static list or Dynamic list. In Safari it is even more complicated because the arrow is not visible when no records are selected. When you select at leat one record in the view the arrow appears and you are able to export it.

Are you facing the same problem as well? Any idea how to fix/workaround this issue?

Thank you very much for you help in advance.

PS: My customer is using Dynamics 365 version 1612 (8.2.10.24) (DB 8.2.10.24) on premise

Does it log any error in browser console window? You can open the entity in Ribbon workbench and see if any modification was done in that button.

    Hi Monika8,

I just checked on a new 8.2.10.24 environment and can't reproduce this issue.

If not records are selected and i click the "Export to Excel" button the file is successfully exported.

Does your customer has any customization's on that button?

What is the browser they are using?
