how can all emails be tracked efficiently through email tokens by dynamics, without adding additional text to the subject line? is there another way to track emails correctly?

Yes.
CRM will utilize Smart Tracking instead of using Tracking Tokens, you can turn off the Tracking Tokens by navigating to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings -> Email Tab.
