A user when tries to create and approve stock transfer from warehouse A to warehouse B is not able do it , actually the journal no is not visible in the from after creating and approving it
for example the user has approved the journal no 35 but it is not visible how ever the next no sequencer starts with 36 , im not sure whats happening here if the journal created or not , also the user also mentioned she was able create the journal before she got new laptop and reinstalled AX . There's nothing wrong with permissions i suppose cus i checked it and she has it. Im not sure why this issue occurs , could anyone pls suggest what could be cause of this problem, i would really appreciate if any could help me with it. I hope i have made my point clear .
