Warehouse release rule ignores "Require full reservation" while "Automatic release of sales orders" batch job

Hi,

The "Warehouse release rule" feature works well, when I try to Release to warehouse manually.

But the problem occurs, when I set "Require full reservation" and run "Automatic release of sales orders" batch job. The "Require full reservation" rule is ignored by the automatic release, orders with partial reservation are released to warehouse :(

Any idea how to avoid this problem?

What is the the value og the field "Allow release of partially released orders" in the "

Automatic release of sales orders" form ?

i have the same issue. And it is independent of the value of the filed "Allow release of partially released orders".

As Matthias Frenzel already noticed - it is independent of the value of the filed "Allow release of partially released orders". Orders are released in both cases "Allow release of partially released orders"=Yes/No

Just tried with 10.0.25 - same problem independent of the value of the filed "Allow release of partially released orders"

Questions:

Did you initialized the "Release to warehouse rule" under the warehouse management parameter.

Do you have a cross-docking template in this warehouse ?

Do you allow Physical negative inventory in the item model group ?

Workarround :

Did you tried the fullfilment policy in the customer form.

Yes, initialized the "Release to warehouse rule" under the warehouse management parameter.

No, there is no no cross-docking template in this warehouse

No, there is no Physical negative inventory in the item model group

Workarround: Just tried fulfillment policy in the customer form - it looks good and works as desired with "Automatic release of sales orders" batch job. Thank you, I will suggest this workaround to my customer!

The fulfilment policy is not the 100% solution because this refers to the order and not to the orderline.

If you have an order with serveral lines which have different due dates you can't release one line if there is a fullfilment policy with 100%.

I tried to find a solution in this topic:

I still hope there is a solution for my problem...
