Transactions goes to voided withouth voiding at POS

Is anybody has a problem as mine, at POS employee do transaction and after payment terminal don't give fiscal receipt, transaction end drawer open but at transaction register this transaction has amount 0 and status Voided (but it is not voided manually) I dont know why but system voids transaction and it appears at POS voided transactions. After this sale fiscal recipt doesn't appear, it appear after 5, 10 minute with status voided and receipt doesnt have sum of sold items. Each sale after this incident with no fiscal receipt after transaction also doesn't has fiscal receipt, but transactions are register at transaction register. But after this print of this voided receipt there is no extra print this transactions during this 5, 10 minutes and clients don't get their receipt. Have You any idea why its happening? What could have influence long name of ingredients some product?

    HI

    there can be several reasons in my opinion:

    Configuration problems: Check the POS configuration settings and make sure they are set correctly. Make sure that the tax printer is configured correctly and that the correct settings are in place.

    Network problems: Ensure that the network connection is stable and that there are no problems that could cause the system to lose connection to the tax printer or database.

    Software Bugs: It is possible that the problems you are experiencing are caused by software bugs. Check whether updates or patches are available for the POS system in use.

    Product names: If product and ingredient names are long, the fiscal printer may have problems printing receipts. Try shortening the names to see if the problem is resolved.

    Hardware problems: You may have hardware problems with your fiscal printer or other POS equipment. Check that all equipment is working properly.

    User error: It is possible that a user error is causing the problems. Check that all employees have been instructed in the correct use of the POS system.

    You should probably discuss this with the partner you use for your POS solution. The POS solution is bot a part of the standard Business Central application. So you most likely have a POS add on as LS Retail or something similar.

    Hi, This doesn't look like a BC standard issue, I agree with Inge, you should find your partner to look into this issue.
