Hello Community Experts,

Suppose i have sent a mail, and i got no response from that lead, i would like to follow up

How do i do that?

I mean if i send a mail and i have got no response, i would like to automatically be reminded that a particular lead has not followed up yet.

    Hello,

    I believe that you will have to create some kind of automation. For example:

    1. Add a follow up date to lead.

    2. On send of email - populate that date with your expected follow up date.

    3. Start the workflow or flow that will wait till follow up date and send you a reminder to do the follow up.

    I would recommend you enable email engagement.

    4. Follow-up reminder controls: Here you can view and set a follow-up reminder, which might display an alert if the message remains unopened for three days.
