Hi ,
There doesn't seem to be anything wrong in your workflow and it should work. One thing to now, this will run in background as per your setting which can take some time and you will not see the results until it is completed and you refresh your screen to load the entity record.
If you want to see the results immediately, you should uncheck 'Run this workflow in background'. However even with this you have to refresh the form to load the updated values.
