Routes and Schedule Jobs

I have a question regarding the scheduling of an order. The order is to be completed by March 9, 2026. The system calculates a “job” time of over two weeks for the completion of 200 components.
Behind the item number of the component is a route with 120 finished goods per 8-hour shift; we work 5 days a week.
Why does the system calculate a production time of over two weeks if the required number of units should be completed in 2 8-hour shifts?
How are the two values related?

    Hello!
The system shows over two weeks because “job time” includes more than the route’s run rate—it adds setup, queue, transfer, calendar limits, and capacity constraints. While the route says 120 units per shift (so 200 units in about two shifts), the scheduling engine calculates total e-zpassritba duration across all operations and resource rules, which stretches the timeline. In short, route capacity is the ideal throughput, while job time reflects the full scheduling reality.

    Thanks for your response!
On what basis is the duration calculated? What parameters are included?
So far, we have only specified routes.
When we move production orders, the overview of net requirements always changes completely, and we don't know why...
