Multiple line of field expand more than value that set in row layout

I have created auto case creation rule to create new case from emails. On the field description in case, i copy email message and paste there. This email description is multiple line of text and number of row is set to 3. But when cases are created. This filed just expand as long as email message. So when email message has 20 rows. This description field also expand 20 rows.

is this is a bug from crm? I use crm 2016 on premises

Hi Prashant, the auto expand has already unchecked but this field still expand

Go to your case form editor>>double to open description field>>uncheck auto-expand

Please make sure Automatically expand to use available space is unchecked under multiple line of text field.
