I was using GP10, and an eConnect 10.0 with it to integrate with Windows applications.
Now my client installed GP2015 on different PC and asked me to connect this with Windows application.
Do I need to upgrade eConnect to integrate with GP2015?
Will eConnect 10 work with GP2015?

I misread your post and thought the system was installed with econnect 2015. In this case, it will not work. But, it's not advisable to run with GP2015 with eConnect 10. There's quite a lot of changes from GP 10.
The answer is YES.
It will work with GP2015. Since the package of GP2015 is not coming with eConnect 10.0 SDK, we manually have to install it. You can find the SDK here.
Once you installed the eConnect 10.0 SDK, the old code will start working. But I'll not recommend to use the eConnect 10 any more as GP2015 has so many new features that is not available in eConnect 10.0.
I have to spent sometime on upgrading my code.

The answer is No. It will not work with GP2015. There is lot of changes in eConnect from GP 10 to GP 2015. You, have to upgrade your code to work with GP 2015.
