Modified work Schedules - week maintenance

We are trying to convert to a 9 80 work schedule.  In doing so we've adjusted the week maintenance salary factor to accomodate the 44 and 36 hour work weeks. (weekly salary factors of 1.1 and .9)  If some employees were to opt out of the modified work schedule, is there a way to have a salary factor of 1 for certain employees?  What is the best way to accomplish this?

Tracy:  Were you able to successfully setup 9/80 in AX?  If yes, please provide additional information.  I appreciate your help!

    Dear Tracy,

Those who opt out would have to be setup as hourly...Salary factor only impacts Salaried employees.
