Search and Filter Index - Customer Profiles

(0) ShareShare

Hi there,

I have managed to successfully ingest data into Customer Insights, complete the unification process, and create segments and measures on the generated Customer entity which contains the consolidated dataset.

However, I cannot view the unified customer profiles in the Customers tab, even after configuring the Search and Filter Index based on fields from the generated Customer entity.

I've tried various approaches to finally get the Search and Filter Index to work, but nothing has come of it.

It doesn't seem to be a data issue because I have ingested the Customer entity in Power BI for further analytics and I have not experienced any issues.

I'd appreciate if someone could provide some guidance on this!

Kind regards,

Halen

hi Halen, after configuring the search index, did you click on the "Run" button? can you also check under Admin->Status what the status of the Search process (under System processes)? thanks!

    Hi Einat,

Thank you for responding to my query.

I am able to click run, and the search process does look as if it completes as per normal.

In the System Process view, it also shows as being completed.

But I am still unable to see any customer cards.

Interestingly, the first time the Search and Filter Index was processed, there was an error. I'm thinking this might have disrupted the process from functioning properly.

    Kind regards,

    Halen

    Hi Halen,

    Did you check :

    - How much unique customers you get after the unification process ?

    - You run the merge process ?

    - The status of all system processes (Admin / System / Status) ?

    Kind regards

    Mehdi
