Hi 
The frequency cap screen in real-time marketing includes email,sms. push notiifcations.

We created custome channel for whatsapp - how can i set frequency cap?

    Hi Barak,

    Today, there is no way to set a frequency cap on custom channels. It is on our roadmap to add this support, but I don't have a specific timeline at this point.
