Kindly advise whether it would be possible to set up more than 1 sales quote templates (e.g. with different terms and conditions) and to then select the requested quote template when setting up the quote.
I have the same question (0)

I cannot print a recurring sales line as a designed template, the aim here is not order lines it is the template itself,

    Hi,

You can have different quote templates for printout without any issue.

Your challenge to print on which template and this accomplishes cannot be due you cannot assign more than one layout template,
however this can be accomplished by do some AL coding to allow the end user select which template layout to print.

Which Version are you using? Is it later version than BC190? If yes then I have a suggestion below.

But it can be helpful, if you only want to add changes in layout only then I suggest you to use in-built feature of selecting layout while running the report.

    1) First, Export the RDLC and make changes as per your need. (Here I have 2 Layout ready)

    2) Open the request page of the report you want to run.

    3) Click on the look up of Report Layout (it will open the list of layouts) and Create New Layout.

    4) Enter the Detail, Required Layout options and Ok. (Here I have selected RDLC) and Repeat the process for adding another layout again.

    5) Now, you have 3 options when you click on the look up of Report Layout.

    6) Now you can select the required layout while printing and give different print. (Here I have attached 3 different print as per layout)

    I hope this helps..
