Hello,
I am dealing with a large data set of items in the 10s of thousands, with hundreds of products being created at a time. There was a large set of items created that were incomplete and then synced to BC.
SKU Mapping = Item No.
The SKUs and mapping have since been corrected in Shopify, but sync products seems to have no effect in updating the SKUs or mapping, either on the Shopify Products List or the Item Card.
I have tried resetting sync with no luck, and haven't found any real useful documentation besides the basic information available on learn.microsoft with basic troubleshooting advice.
Has anyone dealt with anything similar and have any advice?
