Separate Session/tab login Issue in USD

Hi Experts,

I have issue in USD (Unified Service Desk) whenever Opening separate session/tab in USD is always going for login which is quite irritating and should be good scenario. To Avoid this what should I do that I'm not getting?

And we have project criticality also.

Another thing is Does USD supports Single sign in because when I'm putting my credentials it should redirect to my company's login page but it is not redirecting. it is just closing that session/tab.

Please help me in this as soon as possible.
