Another users tasks showing up in outlook

I am getting another users tasks showing up in my outlook.  On the online version, they show that user as the owner, but in my outlook tasks they show me as the owner.  If I delete one of the task, it deletes it form both me and the other user.  How do I fix this.

So in your Outlook client (assuming Outlook 2013 or 2016) and go to File>CRM>Options.  Then go the Synchronization Tab on the form that opens and click view or manage the filters (filters is the hyper link word).  You will get a list of Views that Sychronize between your Outlook/Exchange and CRM.  Locate the one(s) that are for returned type task.  And if you are looking for more out of the box functionality make sure it looks like the one below.  Keep in mind the filter is really just a view indicating what records will be synchronized with Outlook.  IF the filter looks like the one below it should only synchronize tasks where you are on a party list associated to the task.

No,  I wasn't sure what to look for.

Have you reviewed your synchronization filters in your outlook client?
