    Hi,

The location of ZUP file is

    C:\users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\.

example - C:\Users\bob\AppData\Roaming\     ("bob" being my current user name)

Close the NAV--->Find the Zup file in above mentioned Location---->>Delete the file "fin.zup" or move this file to another folder/location -----> try re-logging into the NAV system.

User settings of the layout are saved in special ZUP file, so first delete the ZUP file and try again.

Normally, the user settings of the layout are saved in special ZUP file, unique for each user. When you make changes to the interface and close the system, it should ask you whether to save ZUP file. Are you saving ZUP file when you close the system? If not, it would roll back the changes you had made.
