I am getting this error message after a machine was reinstalled.

Dex.dic version 10.0.193.0 is not compatible with executable version 10.0..324.0. I am using Dynamics GP 10.0.

I tried a repair and as well as re-install of GP, the message comes up in every instance.

Not sure what else to try.

    You need to apply a GP service pack to the workstation.

    Version .193 is the RTM version - the original GP version 10 release.

    Version .324 is service pack 4.

    The service pack is probably stored somewhere on your server in a shared folder. Otherwise you will need to download it from customersource.

    Another option would to be copy the GP program folder from a working computer to this one. This would assume you have all the same modules installed on both computers.

    At  which time do I need to install the Service Pack, before I start the installation or after???

    Do your normal installation and then apply the service pack prior to launching GP for the first time.
