how crm app store differ from appsources(dynamics 365)?
I have tried to install some of the free app in the app store,but i havent seen any download option.how can i make use of these app ?

This crm-AppStore.com is not a Microsoft App Store. This is a company's own store for selling Dynamics apps but not officially endorsed by Microsoft as far as I'm aware.

dynamics marketplace seem to be same as appsources.but why is ther another app store for crm and what is their use that made them unique from appsources?
Hi there,
The official Microsoft App store is: appsource.microsoft.com
Once you are there, refine by "Dynamics 365". You can then download the free or free trial ones or contact the vendor for the other ones if you want to try them / buy them.
Another option is to go through your own Dynamics CRM instance --> Settings --> Dynamics MarketPlace and choose to download / install the add-ons you want.
