We have an environment sending emails using the server side sync and the mailbox is configured to incoming and outgoing, they both work ok for normal emails but when the email is sent to a wrong email address we can see the Non delivery report email in the owa mailbox but they don't go into CRM and we would like them to go so support team can run a view and check the emails sent to wrong addresses.
We've tried to set rules in the owa to move the NDR to a folder and then track the folder; tried to create a rule to forward the NDR to another email, so send as an attachment, to redirect.. none of them seem to work with this type of email.
Does anyone else experienced this and know a workaround for this?
