We have a customer who has 2 different CRM environments 1) CRM2011 2) CRM2015. Both on premise. They have reported that some users can no longer add new activities from within the account entity on either environment. The effected users no onger see a drop down list of activity types when the click the Add New Activity button. They have reported that some users are able to resolve the issue by restarting their machines but this does not work for all users. They have tried both IE11 and Chrome and issue happens on both browsers. No changes have been made to CRM in either environements and no changes to any security role.
Has anyone else experienced this behaviour? I was assuming it was a browser issue?
