Broken links between Documents tab of Order and corresponding folder on SharePoint

My company uses Dynamics CRM's document integration with SharePoint within a single Office 365 tenant. We upload documents via the Documents tab of the Order entity. On some Orders, the link to the location on SharePoint is broken. A folder had already been created, but now when we go to the Documents tab we get the "Create Folder" message as if none had ever been uploaded for that Order. If we click "Confirm" on that, it throws an error. If I try "Add Location" I do not get a way to specify the path to what the location already is. And if I try to let it simply create a new location, it throws an error. I realise these are not very specific indications but I'm hoping this is a known experience and that there is a solution/work-around. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Michel,

Could you please post screenshot of the error you are getting while creating folder, might be relative url/ folder name would have been changed for the particular orders.Anyway, it will be helpfull if you could post screenshots of the error.

    Thanks,

The error provides very little info (and as you see, "Download Log File" is greyed out):

ok, lets get the more information about creation of folder, are you using the default automatic folder creation i.e. folder name=recordname_Guid?

and you are saying the folder for the record is already present in sharepoint but it's not able to connect to it?

and its happening only for some of the records?
