Hi,
I would like to find out In Purchase Order, and the Sales order the Assign User id field – is it assigned automatic, in Navision 2018?
When does it assign? When do we manually assign?

It’s a manually populated field.
Hi, as Josh Anglesea said, you need to fill in this field manually.
But if you have development license, you can do a simple customization.
