Failed to load 2010 and 2011 year end updates into system. Can those updates still be loaded into system, if so how? I have closed 2011 payroll and ran the 2012 tax updates.

Hi Muriel,
You can load those updates now and go on just fine. Did your forms W-2 and 1099 come out OK? Is the employee share of FICAS 4.2%? Also, check the FICA limit. Most of the year-end stuff is corrections to the IRS forms.
