D365 CRM Word Template Get Option Set Text

Hello,
 
I have added an option set field to my word template as a plain text content.
 
By default it shows option value but I need to display option text.
 
How can I achieve this?

    D365 CRM Word Template Get Option Set Text
    The issue was caused by old value that was set to the field which no longer exists in the options set.
    By default word template shows option text only.
