Transfer Journal: only reduce From WH, the system does not plus on To WH

Hi All,

       I got the issue when post Transfer Journal:

       - Validate, then Click on Post button

       - The Journal has not posted (it's show error, but do not capture)

       - Transaction show: 

           + Row 1: From WH got the status: Sold

           + Row 2: To WH got the status: Ordered

      So now I can not post or do with this journal, please guide me how to solve this issue, thanks!
