Budget vs. Actual Report not recognizing GP budget

I am attempting to create a budget to actual report using Management Reporter.  I have created a Budget in GP, but it will not appear as a financial dimension option when creating a new column layout in MR.  I am using AA, so I have configured the MR company to use financials with analytical accounting.  The only budgets that will appear in MR are those setup with budget trees in the analytical accounting module.  However, this budget is at the GL level and does not use AA dimensions.  Is it possible to report on GL budgets from GP when using MR with AA?

I have refreshed the cached financial data in MR and the budgets are still not available.

    Hello, which version of MR are you using. Are you using the Legacy Connectors or the DataMart? I have seen this happening in older versions, which an upgrade to CU7 resolved. However this may be a configuration issue.

    Hello,

    I am experiencing a similar issue with the Legacy version, MR 2012, GP 2010 CU7. Analytical Accounting is not set up for the Test company in which I am working so that should not be the issue. We have imported a new budget into GP which I can clearly see in Cards > Financial > Budgets as "USA_2014". There is an older budget appearing in GP as well, "2012_BUDGET". However, in the column definitions in Management Reporter I can only see the old budget, "2012_Budget" as an option (plus the option "ACTUAL Posting Accounts" which is not an imported budget per the GP Budget Selection box.

    I am trying to create an Actual vs. Budget report. Is there something I need to do to activate this new budget, "USA_2014", so that it is visible in my column definitions Book Code/Attribute Category drop down box?

    I tried to paste a print screen here of the column definitions but it is not working.
