Hi srinivas N.
May you please describe your situation and expectation in more details. Please also with screenshots. The planned purchase orders do have the fields "Delivery date" and "Order date". Both fields are editable. If you are not OK with the pre-filled information from the system you can modify them manually as you need it.
Hi Srinivas,
There are many parameters controlled about this. Order and delivery dates depend on available capacity and lead time setting. Delivery date may be calculated based on multiple demands, such as sales order, demand forecast, production order and safety stock. You can learn more about this and test it in the test environment.

Hi Christoph Thaler,
Thanks for your information , how can I set as Manually the delivery date and order date.
Just use the "Edit" button and modify the fields as needed.
if you are not able to modify the fields please check your permissions. Maybe you are not allowed to modify them....
Yes, i have try this , actually automatically the date are populated like this.
Order Date : 3/1/2020
Delivery Date (Exp) : 6/1/2020
When I try to change order date both(Order date , Delivery date) are reset to 6/1/2020
I want to change like this order date is 3/25/2020
Delivery Date is 5/25/2020
This is my problem. How can i achieve this.
After you have modified the fields you have to change the field "Status" to approved.
The status of the date, calendar which is assigned the master planning setup.
when you try to take the previous dates it will check the status of the date is closes or not , the date which is given by us active It will consider, if not it consider the next date which is open status.
Regares,
Dear Srinivas,
The Gap between Delivery date and Order Date is calculated automatically based on Purchasing Lead time (In Item default parameters settings).
Purchase Lead time = Default time between confirmed PO and PO delivery date
If the Lead time = 0, so your Order date is equal to the Planned order delivery date.
Best regards.
