D365 Omnichannel chatwidget "Start a chat proactively"

We are currently using the proactive chat.
Unfortunately, we have the problem that the proactive chat is displayed even when the widget is offline, as this is defined in the working hours.
How can we fix this problem?

    You can try unchecking the Show widget outside of operating hours option. This will enable the chat widget to be displayed only during operating hours.
