is possible to restore corrupted backup?

Hello,

I need help for restoring a corrupted backup on Dynamics ax 2012.

Last backup was in October,2022. the server shutdown in 2-1-2023.

    What do you mean by a a corrupted backup? Are you sure you want to restore it if you already know it's corrupted?

    The IT guy told me its corrupted may be the backup file expired and he try to restore it but he not succeed .

    I'm sorry, but this is impossible to comment on. You told us neither what kind of backup it is (database/files/VM...) nor what kind of problem you have with it. You'll need to know what problem you have before you start thinking about a solution.

    its only only backup for database.

    Hi Khalid82,

    Why do you want to restore a backup which is several months old? What is the underlying issue of your question?
