Hi all,

I'm customizing a BC - CE integration, with custom tables and fields. With the Alpgen tool I was able to add all the tables, fields and table-relationships. This works great! However, when I try to create a new Field Mapping, no LookUp fields are displayed (custom or OOB). When I remove the filter, these fields are displayed but when I select one I get the message 'The field must not have a relationship with another table'. How can I add LookUp fields to my integration?

Maybe this will help you.

Lookup fields (custom or OOB) aren’t supported in standard BC–CE field mappings because they’re linked to other tables. That’s why you get the error.

To sync them, use custom AL code or Power Automate to handle the relationship manually.

Thanks for your answer! Do you know how to do it with AL? I've tried to look for examples, but cant seem to find any..
