Add a new Contact to an Opportunity

Hi,

I have an issue when I want to create and insert a new contact in and from an Opportunity in the Contact look-up, for example, If i want to have an existing duplicate contact or a new one. I get an error. This is in the Opportunity.

How many contacts of the same name can i have associated with an Account?

Any ideas?

    Hi ,

    Can you please share error log details that you are getting error on lookup selection.

    This error is occurring because you are typing contact name that is not in CRM system.

    You can create contact in two ways:

    1. From Contact view, Click new.

    2. From lookup, Click on Magnifier glass button then you will see new at bottom of list. Click on new.
