I'm receiving the following message when trying to access RMS store operations / POS.
"The current database is of version 2.01, while this application requires version 1.20. Please run store operations - Administrator to correct this problem"
my store operations - Administrator is version 1.3.1002.

Thank you for your question.
Please note that because of changes made in RMS 2.0 that are not present on RMS 1.3, we do not suggest deleting the version history as this can cause issues.
If you are entitled to RMS 2.0, I would recommend installing RMS 2.0. Based off of the error message, you will need to upgrade to RMS 2.0 Service pack 2 to use the database you currently have.

yeah, jesseboan was right. Maybe someone upgraded your database from 1.2 to 2.0. To restore it back,
execute this query,
Delete from VersionHistory where Version > 1.2.
It sounds like the database has been ugpraded beyond the application. DId you perhaps do a database upgrade from another computer? Make sure all computers accessing the database have the same RMS service pack, feature pack, and hot fixes applied.
