in WMS unable to complete Work ID because of Canceled Line

Dear 

i am using WMS and i have one particular sales order work that got stuck , one of the lines of the work ID is canceled so i can't click on complete,

says the canceled line does't have location , 

is there a way for me to clear the canceled line so i can click complete

    Hi Silvano,

    Although one cancelled line in the work should not stop the completion of the work but as you mentioned the cancelled line has no location which is for pick lines or put line?

    Can you share the screenshot of the lines of the work.

    I might have described the issue wrong, but one of the line became of status "In Process" while the whole transaction is not ,

    How to reverse/cancel a work line with status “in Process”?

    Hi Silvano,

    If one of the work lines is in "In process" status then it means that the work line is locked on the mobile device on any warehouse worker.

    Kindly confirm that work status on the header is "In process" along with the line which has status of "In process".

    Also kindly check the "locked by" field on the work header and check if it has the user id of any worker. If that is the case then you will have to login from that warehouse worker login using mobile device and then use the skip option on the mobile device to change the status of the line back to open.

    Also check the user id field on the general tab of the work to check the worker id who has locked the line on his hand held device.
