Error in cancel Sales Order line

Hi guys
I get below error while trying to cancel the quantity when Update Line Cancel Quantity

"The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions."

I have the same question (0)

Hi Gilson,

Did you try try to output orders? Inventory -> Output order

Hi,

Thanks for reply Hossein. I tried t and I got the error:

"Remaining quantity is less than or equal to 0. Increase quantity on the Sales order before adding quantities for output."

Have you any quantities in the columns to the right of the 'Deliver remainder' column?

Picked is at quantity 3. Everything are blank

If it is picked, you cant not cancel it.

First you should unpick it. In the sales order line go 'Update line' -> Pick -> Add picking list update -> Register all.
