AX 2012 Workflow is pending

Dear All,

I have the issue as below:

- My workflow has a condition: over 1 billion -> 3 levels of approval.

The thing is, my PO has been approved before, but i found the Financial dimension on header line is not correct. So i make "request change" to change Financial dimension on Header line, but fail. I sent the PO to get approval again, but the status is still pending. I tried cancel and edit some line (create new line and delete this line) but still fail. The current status of this PO still in review and pending.

Does anyone could help me solve this case?

I want to change Financial dimension and get the approval process as normal.

Can you still recall the workflow?

Is the workflow assigned to somebody in your organization? Please check through the workflow histroy button/form.

Yes, it's still able to recall, but when i re-submit, the issue is the same.

Hi Thu,

Recall the workflow and run the full compile CIL and restart the service then submit the work flow

Hi all, thank you so much for your helping.

We found the batch for this workflow is scheduled in the future, so we changed the schedule and it works.
