How to Set Fixed price unit in some product and deny edit unit price in sales Order AX2012

Can you elaborate and explain in more details? You can restrict access on the fields on sales order lines using security, but you are mentioning some products? What is the exact scenario where it should be a fixed value and when users are able to edit it on the sales lines? Is the rule only related to products or are there some users who still should be able to edit a price unit and price?
i Want to set fixed price price in some products when any user create Sales line and select this product he can not edit price unit but when he select other product not contain fixed price allow edit unit price
This would require a customization or have a look at some retail channel policies, however, I thought that the retail functionality is not configurable per product.
