Dependents option missing from Go To on Health Insurance Enrollment Window

Our customer upgraded to GP2015 over the weekend.  Since the upgrade, they are no longer to get to the Employee Benefit Dependents window.  The go-to on the Health Insurance Enrollment window does not include dependents as a possible choice.  It used to work in their prior GP version.  I have tried logging in as sa, and sa does not have it available either.

Thank you for any recommendations

Hi Rochelle, off the enrollment window this is part of Advanced HR or the HRP Suite, do you know if that was installed and upgraded to GP 2015?

Can you go to Cards | HR | Employee | Dependents and get to this core dependent window?

I would check what is installed

Product ID's we want to see in your set file would be the following:

PRODID 1911 -  HRM Solution Series
PRODID 4522 -  Payroll Integration to Payable
    PRODID 4933 - Certification Manager
PRODID 4955 - Employee Health and Wellness

    Thanks

    Terry,

When I go to the path above, I do get the core dependent window.  None of the 4 product ID's listed are in the set file.  The user and I both log into the same RDS .  She says she can now see the dependent window, while I cannot.   I will let this go for now since she has access to it.

    Hey there,

I know this is a couple of years old, but has anyone come up with a response to this?

Our GP 2015R2 is also missing the Employee Dependent benefit window.

Our .set file has all products mentioned above, and I also checked the Alternate/ Modified Forms and Reports Options.

    Thx.

You should be able to get to the window here, can you ?

Can you go to Cards | HR | Employee | Dependents and get to this core dependent window?

Yes, ma'am.  We can get to the Employee Dependents  window (UPR00111) by that stated navigation.

However, we were referring to the Employee Benefit Dependents Window which I think refers to the APR_APR00610 table (feel free to correct me if I am wrong).

the MS Advanced Human Resources Manual states on page 23 a navigation of :

Cards | Employee - Benefits | Select a Benefit | Select Employee ID | Select Benefit Code | Click Benefit Icon | Click Dependents.

Our environment seems to be missing the Dependents option when we click on the Benefit Icon.

All we have available under the Benefit Icon is Benefit Preferences, Beneficiary Definition, Payroll and Incompletes.

    thx.

This is advanced HR functionality/ window, are you sure you are registered for it?

Do you see windows such as Cards | HR | Employee Certifications or License?

Go to Tools | Setup | System | Registration, is Advanced HR marked?

    Thanks

    Terry

Ah, yes.  I thought we were, but apparently are not.

That would explain a lot of things.

We've been having issues with Greenshades and their feed.   I have been trying to figure out the discrepancy but registering for Advanced HR might be the key.

    Thank you as always.

    Thx.
