How to fix items on order columns

I have problem with items on order columns at RMS.
 
I don’t have any PO. but all items have quantity 1 at items on order columns.
 
I can’t creat purchase order right now. please tell me how to fix it. Thanks

    Try opening your purchase order screen and filtering on Show All and use the red X in the Dates field.  This should list all purchase orders.  Maybe you have a really old purchase order or possibly a Partial purchase order.
