I have a question.I completed a work order and its status changed to "Closed-Posted" but this work order is still active.I can see the view of active work orders.what can i do for it ?

Hello Selda,
By default, when Work Orders are closed, the actual record is not deactivated in the application. The Work Order could still potentially be modified.
However you can modify that from Field Service Administration. So go to "Field Service Administration" then select "Field Service Settings" and then you are able to modify that as you can see on the screenshot.
