Hello

I'm new to Dynamics CRM. I created a new trail account but the platform shows only the Settings block on the sitemap.

How do I solve this issue?

Thank you

    Hi

Download the XrmToolBox if you do not already have and use the Sitemap editor to enable the tiles

Please see the screenshots below to see how you can enable these

Select the Sitemap - it should be default in most cases and then enable as shown below

    Hi Adam,

It means that you didn't add Modules, while creating CRM instances.

    Please go to portal.office.com

reset your Instance once and before reset it will display the modules.

    Add the modules.

It seems that the unified interface is enabled by default when creating new trials. This means that the other modules are there and can be found by clicking on Dynamics 365 as apps . If you want to disable this you can navigate to settings -> system settings -> general and set "enable only the unified interface" to no.

Try seeing what happens when you try to access the org using the following url:

    testing1111.crm4.dynamics.com/Apps

This will show you all the available apps included in the Unified and Classic interfaces.

Based on your results, you can install additional Apps (from Dynamics 365 Admin Center), or disable only Unified Interface from System Setting.

    Hope this helps.
